RK Centers purchases Old Connecticut Path Stop & Shop plaza
FRAMINGHAM – The Stop & Shop plaza on Old Connecticut Path has a new owner. Needham-based real estate development company RK Centers announced this week it has purchased the shopping center at 235 Old Connecticut Path for $23 million from Regency Centers. Ken Fries, director of acquisitions for RK Centers, said the company attempted to purchase the 80,000-square-foot shopping center last year. However, the owners had a deal with another company.
