Industry City , owned by Belvedere Capital, Jamestown, and Angelo Gordon & Co today announced the addition of Cowtan & Tout, a decorative textile company, to the 16-building, six-million-square-foot campus on the Sunset Park waterfront. Cowtan & Tout will bring both office and warehouse sides of its business to Industry City, taking over 23,200 s/f of space.
