, owned by Belvedere Capital, Jamestown, and Angelo Gordon & Co today announced the addition of Cowtan & Tout, a decorative textile company, to the 16-building, six-million-square-foot campus on the Sunset Park waterfront.
Cowtan & Tout will bring both office and warehouse sides of its business to Industry City, taking over 23,200 s/f of space.
With the company’s migration to Brooklyn from Manhattan, Cowtan & Tout will join over 100 design tenants making up the Brooklyn Design District at Industry City,
 a collective of furniture, interior design, architecture, and houseware companies. Members of the Design District include Rebecca Atwood Designs, Roll & Hill, Flavor Paper, and Egg Collective.  ....
