Fricke named MPHS school principal Lincoln Courier Heather Fricke was recently named the principal at Mount Pulaski High School. She will serve in the position for the 2021-2022 school and replaces Terry Morgan who retired. Fricke, who has served as the Technology Coordinator for the Mount Pulaski School District 23, recently completed a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership with a principal endorsement from the University of Illinois Springfield.
