El Jebel local Kim Doyle Wille empowers community through gardening
Wille began distributing plants at the end of April, working 16-hour days through June to tag and prepare 4,200 plants for distribution. Through her organization, Growing Empowerment, she has worked with Lift-Up to distribute plants and produce in El Jebel throughout May and June.
