A US federal judge has released two men accused of being part of the Gambino crime family on bail ahead of Thanksgiving .
“The younger generation of the mafioso” isn't killing people, a judge said this week in granting bail to two alleged members of New York's Gambino crime family.
“You know, in the past we would let murderers out on bail,” Brooklyn Federal Court Judge Frederic Block said at a hearing Tuesday for Diego “Danny” Tantillo and Angelo “Fifi” Gradilone.
Diego Tantillo and Angelo Gradilone appeared in Brooklyn Federal Court on Tuesday dressed in khaki prison clothing for their bail appeal.
