H2O case: Natixis IM, Caceis, KPMG and H2O AM taken to court
Lawyers for the association Collectif Porteurs H2O have filed a legal case against four Luxembourg entities--H2O AM, Natixis IM, KMPG and Caceis--before the Paris Commercial Court. They claim that the losses suffered by the 6,077 investors they represent in an investment case from 2015 to 2020 total some €717m.
