Feds: Williamsburg Apartments owner pleads guilty to $165M mortgage fraud conspiracy
The owner of an apartment complex in Cincinnati pleaded guilty Thursday to engaging in a conspiracy to fraudulently obtain more than $165 million in loans and fraudulently acquire real estate properties, the city announced Friday.
