- - - Have you seen any peers, or friends, chewed up and spat out by the machine, that maybe got in with a major when they’d have been better off sticking to an indie label? J: Maybe. T: There was a time when a lot of bands, like Jawbox and Jawbreaker, got signed and they put one record out and that was it. Rocket From The Crypt, too.
