Holland City Council supportive of public broadband project HOLLAND — Holland officials were enthusiastic about the city's continued pursuit of a publicly owned broadband infrastructure build-out as they were updated on the project's status in a Wednesday city county study session.  The project as it is currently being discussed would involve the construction of an open-access fiber optic network reaching the entire city.
