Britvic has announced that its Robinsons, Lipton Ice Tea and drench brands are moving to 100% recycled plastic (rPET) for all 500ml bottles, as part of a wider commitment to move to fully recycled content in the UK by 2022.
3rd June 2021 Britvic-owned Irish water brand, Ballygowan Mineral Water, is moving to 100% recycled plastic bottles after the company invested â¬2m in its operations at the companyâs Newcastle West source in Limerick. The move is part of Britvicâs Healthier People, Healthier Planet sustainability strategy, which will see all its bottles including Robinsons, Fruit Shoot and Tango also switch to 100% rPET by the end of 2022.
