The Fry Spot generates buzz ahead of Peoria grand opening this week
PEORIA — The Fry Spot is poised to leave its mark on the East Bluff. Opening at 11 a.m. Wednesday, the new restaurant at 3127 N. Prospect Road in Peoria is to feature gourmet, fresh-cut french fries. Local owners Jeremy and Cierra Sargent are the proprietors. The Fry Spot menu also is to include seafood and pastas, but the potatoes are the main thing. Fresh-cut fries aren't unique around Peoria.
