A portion of the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina remained closed Friday because of a wildfire in the Pisgah National Forest, officials said.
The Barnett Branch Fire on the Pisgah National Forest has grown to 200 acres and is 25% contained, according to the U.S. Forest Service Friday. Twenty-six firefighters from the U.S.
