The cement mixer, loaded with 13 cubic metres of concrete weighing 13 tonnes, flipped after the driver tried to correct a drift into the inside lane. Sergeant Bruce Buchan, of Somerville Highway Patrol, said the truck veered into shrubbery and ploughed through a light pole, 2pm.
