Palo Pinto County officials Sunday morning gave the all-clear to residents in three communities near Possum Kingdom Lake.
PALO PINTO COUNTY — Possum Kingdom Lake is open to public access, officials said Friday, though caution was emphasized as aerial crews continued working on the 1,000-acre Storage Fire nearby.
The Storage Fire has now burned about 1,000 acres and forced evacuations in the area about 65 miles west of Fort Worth.
