New Delhi, Jan 13 : The Delhi High Court on Wednesday allowed a 28-year-old man to participate in counselling for admission in Bachelors of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry degree course, whose upper age limit is 25 years.
A division bench of Justice D.N. Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh asked the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying and the Veterinary Council of India to process the admission in accordance with the law. The matter is slated for February 15 for hearing. ....

New Delhi [India], January 13 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Wednesday allowed the 28-year old petitioner to participate in the counselling for admission to the Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry degree course after the petitioner has challenged the upper-age limit of 25 years as a criteria for admission to these courses.
With this direction, a Division Bench of Chief Justice DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh adjourned the matter for February 15.
The court also noted that the respondent Union Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying and Veterinary Council of India s reply were not on record. ....
