Blackburn man, 23, in court charged with death by dangerous driving
Harry Davies A 23-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with death by dangerous driving. Thuron Miah, of Ambleside Close, Blackburn, is accused of causing the death of 75-year-old Harry Davies in Accrington in November 2019. Mr Davies died when he was hit by a Volkswagen Golf on Blackburn Road. Miah will now appear at Burnley Crown Court on March 3 for an expected plea hearing.
