‘Pigeon: A Love Story’, the experimental ‘slow game’ by indie studio Wristwork, has today (01/03/2021) become available for iOS and Android devices.
In the game, you take on the role of a pigeon searching for their pigeon-shaped soulmate in the city of London (UK), which is presented in real-size and is fully explorable. To keep the game as accurate (and difficult) as possible, the city is home to over 1,000,000 NPC pigeons.
Lying somewhere between a video game and needle in the haystack simulator, this minimalist (and potentially, arguably, sort of mediative) hardcore casual game uses Google s Maps SDK for Unit to showcase 3D models and place names of key landmarks. ....
