Credit Owsley Stanley Foundation Sometimes a single song can make an entire show. In this case it's an article from NPR on Sarod master Ali Akbar Khan and tabla master Zakir Hussain and a live album recorded in 1970 by the legendary Owlsey “Bear” Stanley. So for this session of Bridging the Gap I’m extending the journey further into Indian Classical music and artists related to this single recording.
