16 Mar 2021, 15:42 Peel L&P’s housebuilding division wants to build 108 homes on a 10-acre site off St Helens Road south-west of Bolton. Northstone, which was formed in 2018, will be hoping for a better outcome than the last time it sought planning approval from Bolton Council. Northstone had twice scaled back its Horwich plans, first from 300 to 276 homes before returning for a third time with a 150-home scheme, but to no avail.
