Crews this week boxed up and returned items collected from inside the Maxwell Hall building, which sits next to the burned-out May Apartments.
The city has not yet received a permit application because the owner is still soliciting bids for a demolition contractor, so there isn't a start date yet.
The owner is currently considering bids for a contractor, according to a spokesperson with the Bureau of Development Services.
