A Hennepin County grand jury has returned a first-degree murder indictment against a Savage man who had been charged with second-degree murder for allegedly killing his 74-year-old uncle.

A Savage resident is facing a second-degree murder charge after allegedly killing his 74-year-old uncle and for the attempted murder of his 72-year-old aunt while the couple was at home.
The injured woman, 72, identified her attacker.
