Two young children died in a house fire Wednesday morning in the 7000 block of North Avalon Street that left two other people in critical condition.The fire was reported just after 11 a.m."It's hitting pretty hard right now because we are so close," said Rachel Willard, a neighbor and friend of the family.Neighbors said they feel like family to the people whose home caught on fire."He came over like all the time.
