Pool and Spa Depot purchases industrial building formerly owned by Harman International
Pool and Spa Depot, one of the best-known pool and spa retailers in the Southeast, has recently purchased a 151,000 sq. ft. industrial building in Franklin, Kentucky. This facility, formerly owned by Harman International, will become a major distribution and manufacturing facility, providing a significant amount of job openings for Franklin and the surrounding areas.
