Pool and Spa Depot, one of the best-known pool and spa retailers in the Southeast, has recently purchased a 151,000 sq. ft. industrial building in Franklin, Kentucky.
This facility, formerly owned by Harman International, will become a major distribution and manufacturing facility, providing a significant amount of job openings for Franklin and the surrounding areas.
Pool and Spa Depot has already begun the warehousing and distribution of products and will be hiring 40 new staff members to work in those departments. Additionally, the company will began manufacturing luxury hot tubs during the second quarter of 2021, and will be hiring 80-100 more employees to work in the Manufacturing Department. ....
