The Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has shifted large parts of the economy, most notably with new demand in urban last-mile deliveries, closeness to consumer locations and reshoring supply chains in the United States.
Companies and logistics providers have vigorously worked toward solving the complexities of such a fast-changing landscape based on consumer behavior, prompting changes to how organizations will conduct business in the years to come.
