AFTER months of lockdown venues are starting to reopen - and now there is a new kid on the block in the shape of 66 American Steakhouse on Bridge Street. The venue, housed in the Savoy Building (which is also home to the Chinese Buffet), it is the brainchild of Kane McQuade from St Helens.
