Martin City Police Department is reporting that:
Martin City Police Officer Brad Stidham, along with Floyd County Constable District#2 Gary Nelson & Floyd County Sheriff’s Department arrested Jeremy I. Bentley age 38 of Red Creek Road, Pikeville, KY on Tuesday night February 9, 2021 at approximately 9:30PM.
The arrest occurred on KY-1428 Mainstreet in City of Martin. Officer Brad Stidham, conducted a traffic stop on a gray Nissan 4DR after he observed the vehicle traveling 25 miles over the speed limit.
During the stop, Officer Brad Stidham, learned that this subject had suspended license due to a previous dui, and the passenger had an active warrant for his arrest thru NCIC Database. ....
