Former Laurelton Center in Union County sold at tax sale for more than $1 million Updated Apr 01, 2021; LEWISBURG – The former Laurelton Center in western Union County has been sold at a tax sale for slightly more than $1 million. Jay Fulkroad, who owns a construction business in McAlisterville, paid $1,039,000 for the 266-acre main campus and another 5.99-acre parcel, Jeffrey McClintock said Thursday.
