KTVU has learned the victim of an Oakland freeway shooting on Tuesday was an Alameda County Sheriff's Department recruit who was about to graduate next month.
During the investigation, officers discovered that a shooting had taken place along with a physical altercation between the two parties before one party had fled the scene, CHP said.
