The longtime Main Street restaurant and bar has been taken over by the man who brought Charleys Philly Steaks to Richmond last year.
The deal included leases of both the 1,400-square-foot cafe at 2100 E. Main St. as well as a production facility at 403 Strawberry St. in the Fan.
