Robbins Library to open for short-term browsing by appointment Community Content Effective April 5, the Robbins Library is expanding services to include short-term browsing on all floors. The hours for browsing and all other library services will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
