Clear Lake VFW Saratoga Post 4868 is hosting a Memorial Day program starting at 9:30 a.m., May 31 at the seawall. The Clear Lake High School band will perform the National Anthem and the Navy Hymn. Local veterans will offer the welcome, opening prayer, and casting of the wreath.
