The Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigators from the Mount Pleasant Police Department and Charleston Police Department carried out the arrests on two sets of charges. The U.S. Marshals Service and Homeland Security Investigations, both also members of the state's ICAC Task Force, provided assistance with the investigations.
