Contractor and theyre in litigation and had real troubles with and the transition to the new builders, so we have been working with the city. They have been out there numerous times. They reviewed everything and had contact and submitted our report from the seismic inspections so as i understand theres nothing stopping the work other than the appeals at this time. Okay.
