FAIRMONT, W.Va. – Officials from Fairmont State University plan to offer a new dual Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying and Geomatics Engineering Technology. The program includes 120 credit hours of hands-on and applied knowledge in surveying and geomatics, general studies and technical electives.
“The dual Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying and Geomatics Engineering Technology is a perfect example of how Fairmont State continues to serve the needs of both students and the region,” Mirta M. Martin, President of Fairmont State University, said. “This program funnels our abundant, home-grown talent into high-demand fields right here in the region.”
