Toys for Joy donations begin arriving at Pocono Record after months of postal delays After months of waiting, the first Toys for Joy donations from generous readers have finally arrived in the Pocono Record mailbox. Toys for Joy is an annual campaign hosted by the Pocono Record that helps distribute funds to charities working to make Christmas brighter for families in the Poconos. In 2019, thanks to our readers, the campaign raised $17,166. Those funds were distributed in early 2020 to Pleasant Valley Ecumenical Network, the Salvation Army, and Pocono Services for Families and Children...
