Veterans volunteer to listen to fellow vets at Palos hospice
“When a veteran meets another veteran, you are off to the races,” said Navy veteran Gerald Bronzell, who has been a hospice volunteer at Palos Hospital for 20 years. “In a selfish manner, I will say it’s extremely rewarding for me to be able to honor a veteran.”
