Now through May 31, startups can enter for a chance to win big in Get Started Rhode Island, a pitch-style competition hosted by Cox Business.
The “Shark Tank”-style competition, hosted by Cox Business, invites local entrepreneurs to submit free applications for consideration by a panel of judges. Semifinalists are announced on June 30, with each participating in a workshop in July to fine-tune their pitches before finalists are announced on July 22. The top business owners will go on to compete at the virtual Get Started Rhode Island competition on September 29. The winner earns $25,000 in cash, plus an additional $25,000 worth in prizes.
