By Julia Bertino May 4, 2021 (Davenport, IA) -- Bond is reduced for a former LeClaire in-home daycare provider accused of killing an infant last year. On Tuesday, a Scott County Judge reduced the $1 million cash-only bond for for 56 year old Angela Marxen to $500,000. Marxen must post 10%, or $50,000, to be released from the Scott County Jail. Marxen is charged with first-degree murder, child endangerment resulting in death, and child endangerment.
