PM Imran unveils development package for Gilgit-Baltistan
GILGIT (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Friday has admitted that he has also made mistakes regarding allotting party tickets in past.
Addressing a ceremony after unveiling a development package worth Rs370 billion in Gilgit-Baltistan, the premier said it’s disappointing that children and properties of our former leaders are in foreign countries. Those who have laundered money abroad are biggest traitors. Such corrupt elements only want to full their pockets after coming into power, he reiterated.
While talking about the package, the PM said it is the first time that such a big amount will be used for the development of this picturesque and strategically located region. He told the development package envisages hydel power generation and transmission projects, connectivity projects for tourism, youth skill and scholarship progr ....
