On a blustery St Brigid’s bank holiday Sunday, most of Stoneybatter’s residents are asleep. It’s just after 9am and the streets of Dublin 7 are quiet. But one by one, runners approach Joli coffee shop, drop their bags in a window box and place an order. Soon, a sizable group has gathered.
