HOUSTON — A former Justgo Supermarket worker who fell off a ladder and suffered injuries that left him incapacitated is claiming the company's negligence.  Carlos Gutierrez filed a complaint May 3 in Harris County District Court against Justgo Group Inc.m and SL & FCS LLC alleging negligence.  Gutierrez was working at the Justgo Supermarket on Highway 6 in Sugar Land on Jan. 2, 2020, according to his complaint.
