By Ellyn Kail on July 25, 2021 As part of the latest round of The Global Billboard Project, Feature Shoot’s Founder and Editor-in-Chief Alison Zavos has selected three photographs to display on a billboard on Manhattan’s 9th Avenue, just across from the Lincoln Tunnel and blocks from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. The winners of this edition are Emily Neville Fisher, Mahnoor Malik, and Gail So. Each will have her picture exhibited for five days. Fisher will show Alex and Zoe, her portrait of her twin son and their Pekin duck. “During the pandemic, since we were isolated and saw very few people, we had a lot of quality time with our animals: chickens, ducks, a dog, and a snake,” she tells us.

The Global Billboard Project is Coming to Sydney! For every edition of the project, one winning photographer will be selected to exhibit their work in the bustling streets of metropolises around the world, to be seen by thousands of people. Photo: Tahir Karmali for Feature Shoot Following our first edition in New York City (see above!), we’re delighted to announce that our next destination is Sydney, Australia. The winner’s photo will be displayed on a billboard in Chippendale, a trendy neighborhood on the southern edge of the Central Business District defined by a cutting-edge art scene and ultra-modern converted warehouses. There, it will be seen by locals and visitors frequenting the galleries around Abercrombie Street, shopping along Kensington Street, and picnicking on the Chippendale Green.
