Godwin Developments has submitted plans for a 692-unit student accommodation scheme in Nottingham city centre on the site of a former Royal Mail sorting office. The plans would see the current sorting office on the corner of Bath Street and Cowan Street demolished, with the new scheme varying in height from 12 to 15 storeys.
