School District s food director gets national recognition

Alachua County Public Schools Food and Nutrition Services director Maria Eunice has been named a ‘Trayblazer’ by General Mills, the U.S.-based company that produces thousands of food products, including the cereal brand “Wheaties” that has had the likes of top athletes such as Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan, Barry Sanders, Derek Jeter, Stephen Curry and many others.
