Hamilton city officials are urging people eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine to use the province's online booking tool once it opens on Monday.
Paul Johnson, director of the city's emergency operations centre, said it's been a "less than smooth" process so far in booking appointments. That can change, he said, with the province's system. It opens to residents aged 80 and older next week.
