District 1 residents were the first to offer input at a series of town hall meetings hosted by the tourism association in April.

Fourteen-year-old Ava Petroski earned a perfect score in the Florida Junior Thespian State Festival and also has been accepted into Valencia College’s Florida Playwright Competition.
Ava Petroski, 13, achieved a perfect score and beat out other writers from across the state in the yearly competition.
