Bond Set for Cook County Man Charged with Leading Police on 100 MPH High-Speed Chase
DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin and Oak Brook Chief of Police Brian Strockis announced today that bond has been set for a Cook County man accused of leading police on a 100-mph high-speed chase. Chevelle Carter, 31 (d.o.b. 2/18/1992) of the 12000 block of S. Ada, Calumet City, appeared at a bond hearing Sunday morning where Judge Anne Hayes set bond at $75,000 with 10% to apply.
