(KWNO)- Winona County Public Health announced a series of COVID-19 vaccine appointments for eligible residents that are scheduled for Thursday and Friday. The appointment-only clinics will be offered to residents who are part of the Phase 1b tier 2 and tier 3 priority groups at the East End Rec. Center in Winona.
